   Hi,
   
   A client has sent me a .MAX file. It says on the cast website wyg can do 3d MAX but there is no option to import this file when I try to.
   
   Any ideas?

   3D Studio Max had .3ds files. You should ask for a file in the right format. WYSIWYG can import those.
