If you export a wig file with (linear) dimensions to a dwg, there are some strange things happening. Some settings suddenly show up in the drawing and the font is way too large. This happens especially when you export to a 3d .dwg.

This is the same view in wag and in the official autodesk dwg viewer (although I kept working on wyg file, so layer colours are different Schermafbeelding 2.jpg Schermafbeelding 1.jpg

    Hi Floriaan,

2D DWG exporting will convert the text into line segments, which is why the "font" and "font size" changes. For 3D DWG Exporting, it is a known issue that the text will scale incorrectly and be in a different position. We have been making changes to DWG exporting.

2D DWG exporting is recommended if you wish to keep the dimension text.

    Regards,

    Michael

I know that 2d exports give a more accurate result, but still I don't think that settings should be exported (like thick interval) in text/symbols.

    Hi Floriaan,

Thank you for telling us this. We will try to address this issue as soon as we can. For now, please use 2D DWG export for Linear Scales and Dimensions.

    Regards,

    Michael
