Is there any other method of inputting DMX addresses for surfaces other than the items Properties?
I have a custom LED layout of 5600 surfaces (pixels) in a circular array, so the above method would take forever.
It would be great to have a Quick Tool that would allow one to click on an array of surfaces and have it all address sequentially.
With the recent proliferation of custom LED arrays with tape or pixel LEDs it would be a huge time saver to implement some kind of quick addressing scheme.

Also is there a way to create a range of DMX universes at once in patch rather than one at a time? 36 universes takes a bit of time to add to the file!

The Quick Light Emission Tool was created for this exact purpose. You may find it on the Tools toolbar and in the Tools menu > Quick Tools submenu. DMX universes will be created automatically as you patch using the Quick Light Emission Tool.
