Using a AMD Threadripper 1950x I am only getting about 54% CPU usage when rendering. Does WYSIWYG support usage of all 32 threads?

Our 1900X Threadripper system uses all cores at full when rendering. Since there is no difference between these two chips' architectures, the 1950X should do the same. I suggest checking your Affinity settings, both for WYSIWYG and for the Background Rendering Manager if you are using it, to ensure the applications are set to run on all cores.

    Cheers,

I believe I have both affinity settings are set to all cores but could you take some screen shots to show me your settings?

You have the 1900X which only has 8 cores and 16 threads. Wysiwyg R41 looks to only have support for 16 threads max.

The 1950x has 16 cores and 32 threads. Makes sense that I am only getting about half CPU usage during rendering. I have submitted an email to tech support but have not heard back from them.

Anyone know of when more threads will be supported?
