    Hey,

I'm relatively new with the WYSIWYG so sorry if this is a dumb question,

I do a lot of lighting design for churches, many of which have pitched roofs, (Think A-frame)

What would the easiest way to model this be?

    Thanks!

use your quad view? in front or side elevations, you can draw the pitch, and extrude in those views instead of plan view...

I personally would just draw a surface and then change the angle of it with the rotate function and type in a degree angle instead of doing it manually.
