Dongle Issues

    For some reason my Dongle has stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, twice, with no success. It was working fine yesterday and then this morning WYSIWYG gave me an error "Can't Find Dongle".
    Using Parallels 11 on MacBook Pro and Windows 10.
    The dongle appears in Device Manager.
    It is also associated with Parallels.
    The Dongle Lights Up.

    Anyone have any ideas?
    Desperate to get a project finished this weekend.
    HELP!

    In Parallels, when your computer has been in sleepmode, I always have to unplug and replug the dongle even if it is showing up in the device list.

    Thank. But unfortunately thats not the issue.
    Looks like a faulty dongle?
