    Hello,
Currently working on a lighting show that uses a large zone (~5km by 5km)
Wysiwyg seems to be crashing anytime I start working ~2km away from the 0,0 point.
Is this a known software limitation or is my hardware not handling this well?

    Thanks

Sorry for the late reply, Lumi_Jay,

If it is not too late, we would like to look into this, so please email techsupport(at)cast(hyphen)soft(dot)com regarding this, and we will go from there. However, here is a file into which I placed a large Riser 3Km north of the origin (i.e. at 0m,3000m,0m) and Polar-Arrayed it 48 times around the origin, without any trouble at all. I can't imagine how this might have anything to do with your hardware.

    Thanks,

    Dany

We fixed this issue by redrawing sceno elements in wyg directly.
Seems some mesh we used was too heavy - the crash only happened when we zoomed out to see the whole site and all the lines had to be calculated as a few pixels.
    Thank you for the answer
