Consider whether what you are reporting is unique to your particular file or installation, i.e. check if you can reproduce the issue in another file and/or on another computer: if you can, it may be affecting others, and it's worth posting about here; if you cannot, it may be unique to you, in which case you may wish to email us about it instead, at t e c h s u p p o r t @ c a s t - s o f t . c o m.

    ... Search the Forum for the bug you are reporting, in case someone else has posted the same. If you find the same or a similar thread, please add to it instead of staring a new one.

    ... Describe the problem in as much detail as possible; add all relevant information – along with anything else you can think of, even if you do not believe it is relevant.

    ... Include your computer hardware specification, as well as links to any files, screenshots, videos that help describe the problem. (If you do not subscribe to any file sharing services, please email us and we will be happy to provide an upload link.)

    ... Understand that while this Forum is monitored regularly, if the issue you are experiencing is “urgent” in nature, we advise that you email us about it instead of posting it here (or do both, if you think others might benefit from it being posted here).
