    Hello.
I have a difference between the CAD and the CAD item inserted in a layout.
Indeed some text appears above structure (because i choose this in the display priority) in CAD mode but in PRES mode, it appears below the structure and in the print preview also consequently...
Do you have a idea how to result this problem ?
    Thank you.

Are you using the same views in both cad views? i.e. top, Left, Bottom.
    What version are you using?

I tried a sample in R44 and I wonder if you may be using a plan view in your cad section and a Front or side view in the layout section.
reason I say this is when you drop the text into the drawing it will place it on the 0' Z axis or floor so in plan view it looks to be on top and in a front or side view it looks to be on the bottom.
in layout if you go into the content properties / view type you can switch views there. or in Cad mode select the text and bring it up to a level above the structure.

    Thanks for the answer.
I use top view in both views.
    R36 version
I have already choose "text" up everything else in display priorities in CAD mode.

There were issues related to this stuff up to R43 -- and we addressed a couple of related corner cases in R44. Please upgrade and the problems will go away in new files that you create in these versions; if you experience problems with files coming from R36 or whatever earlier version, please send them to Tech Support, and we will help you solve them.

    As Dany says below,
Sounds like you need to upgrade and this will either solve the issue or open door to support at a greater value since R36 is several versions back now.
    Best of luck.
