I sent an email more than 48Hours ago to email@example.com and still no answear.
Is this normal?
This is definitely unusual William, sorry about that. If you are looking for support, please email techsupport(at)cast(hyphen)soft(dot)com, and be sure to include the Serial Code of the dongle you are using, along with the name, email address and company name of the person to whom this dongle is registered.
The office is about to close for the long weekend though, so if your query is urgent, please email us in the next ten minutes. It is now 14:15 EST. The office closes at 15:00 and we will re-open on Tuesday, May 23 at 09:30.

Its about a project wich i think you can't help me with it. Can you ask to Support team why is taking so long please? That can help
The people who monitor the Info box (at least those who are still in the office atm) said that they do not recall an email from you, and suggested that you forward or resend it to the same address, i.e. info (at) cast (hyphen) soft (dot) com. .. Or, you can ask here or send to tech support and if we can't answer we can pass it on to someone who can.
I sent it again. Can they check if they received it? If not i will sent to Tech Support.
