Hi Briac, Have you tried to follow the instructions in http://forums.cast-soft.com/index.php?threads/using-3dconnexion-mouse-with-r34-update-issue-with-3dxware-v10-2-2.432/#post-1158 but this didn't work? Thanks,
Hi everyone, Still stucked with my space pilot pro... Can't get it to work, I have follow the instructions in the post below but there is no xml files in the folders... I have reinstalled the driver, wysiwyg R37, nothing works... any idea to help? Thanks to you!
Hey Briac, Just to confirm, these files WYSIWYG.xml and WYSIWYG Demo.xml don't exist in the installation folder? Otherwise, it is normal that the file wyg.xml doesn't exist. If you are sure that the 3D mouse is still not working after going through the steps in the instruction mentioned above, please email t e c h s u p p o r t @ c a s t - s o f t . c o m with this issue, and include the Serial Code of the dongle you are using for documentation purposes. Thanks, Tony
Hi Tony, Thanks for your reply, that's correct, WYSIWYG.xml and WYSIWYG Demo.xml don't exist. Imp you with my dongle serial
Hey Briac, Those two .xml should exist since they are installed along with the driver. Can you perform a search on your computer for those files? They might be in a different folder from the one mentioned in the instruction. If you found them, continue with the steps listed in option II of the instruction. If they still don't exist, then there might be something wrong with the driver installed. Also, does your 3D mouse work on other programs (i.e sketchup, etc)? does it cause R37 Wyg to crash or is it just not working? Regards, Tony
