Hi All! My company is looking into other rendering programs that can talk with lighting consoles. i'm going back and forth between Capture Vis. & Wysiwyg. My biggest concern I need to find out is if there's a library for architectural fixtures like, Color Kinetics, and Lumen Pulse. We make most of our renderings for achitects, so that'll be my primary use for the program. Also, are there easy ways to create custom lighting fixtures, or change the setting of a generic fixture, if I cant find the architectural fixture I need? Appreciate any advice and information. Bryce.
Hi there, If you purchase wysiwyg with a Membership or Lease you will be entitled to request new fixtures from our Library department if they don’t already exist in the Release (for the duration of your Lease/Membership which you can renew). Libraries will build per manufacturer’s specification and send you the fixture directly to install/use Some of this information can be found in our FAQ https://cast-soft.com/faq/ The Color Kinetis are already in wysiwyg, however I don’t believe Lumen Pulse is so in this case libraries would build it for you. Basic custom conventional fixture creation functionality is supported and you can change the settings of a fixture. I would recommend downloading our demo version to help inform you with the feature available in wysiwyg. https://www.cast-soft.com/Demo/wysiwyg/
