I haven't heard of them before, but I'm pretty sure that neither of them are supported.
WYSIWYG can open the following files straight in the program:
    *.wyg/*.wyt (WYSIWYG)
    *.vvn/*.vvt (Vivien)
    *.dwg (AutoCAD etc.)
    *.dxf (AutoCAD etc.)
    *.skp (Sketchup)
    *.obj (Wavefront etc.)
    *.dae (Collada)
    *.fbx (Filmbox)
    *.3ds (3D Studio Max)
    *.lw2 (Lightwright)

STEP seams to be mostly for circuit board design - what would you do with WYG in that regard?
IGES is a "neutral" file system, sounds like a good idea. Which program would you export from?
STL has to do with triangulated surfaces, sounds like a relevant format for WYG, but not supported however.

Hi, If you would not use the free version, but the paid Pro version, you can export from Shapr3d to all the mayor CAD formats that Wysiwyg supports.
