    Here's how to fix this:

1.Open a .wyg file, switch to PRES mode, and click the Worksheet tab.
2.In the File menu click Batch Printing.
3.If needed, click the Print to PDF checkbox to check it. This checkbox must be checked.
    4.Click Select All.
5.Click the Browse button to select a location where the new PDF files created by this action will be stored. Choose any location on your hard drive.
6.Click OK, and wait for batch printing to complete.

The next time you go to print from the File menu's Print command and you choose to print to the CAST Software PDF Printer, the file browser will appear.

    Cheers,

    Dany

    Hallo Dany,

The Cast PDF printer does still not work.
If I do a batch printing in worksheet there is no output in the folder.
the Adobe printer mess up the drawing if I try to use that instead.
Strange enough that the Windows 10 Microsoft print to PDF printer is working fine.
    Any thoughts?

    greetings.

    Max.

    Hi Max,

In this case, my only suggestion is to continue using the Microsoft PDF printer. We've only had one report of such a problem in the past, and the fix was very complex. Naturally, if you had NO way to make PDFs, I would send this to you, but like this, I honestly don't think it's worth the trouble... still, if you want it, please email t e c h s u p p o r t @ c a s t - s o f t . c o m, including the Serial Code of the dongle you are using and the name, email address and company name of the person to whom this dongle is registered (as this information would appear in CAST Software's database) and I will be happy to send you the information I have.

    Cheers,

    Dany

I have exactly same problem right now. I reinstalled wysiwyg and Cast software printer uninstalled. Is there any place I can download it and install once again? It doesn't install when I install R43.

The installer for the CAST Software PDF Printer can be found in the WYSIWYG installation folder; it is placed there when WYSIWYG is installed (for cases where it may need to be reinstalled). The typical path to that folder is C:\Program Files\CAST Software\WYSIWYG Release 43\Bin64\PDFSetup. Simply run the Setup.exe file to install; I recommend restarting your computer after the installation completes even if you are not asked to do so, just in case.

    Cheers,

    I've been stuck with this...

Found the file mentioned above, when I try to run the setup.exe I get the message:

If I go to the windows "apps and features" menu I do indeed find the Cast Software PDF Printer there, but when I try to uninstall it I get this error:

There is nothing at the location it's trying to uninstall from.

I've created folders in a file strucure that match that path, and then copied over all the files from the C:\Program Files\CAST Software\WYSIWYG Release 43\Bin64\PDFSetup. folder. Uninstall now works!!!

I've then been able to install the software successfully. Better still, Batch printing works!
