Hello! I have a problem connecting wysiwyg r40 with ma2 on pc. I follow all the steps in the guide, I have all the patched fixtures and everything is connected but when i try to control my fixtures just some of them works. For example, if i have 8 Super sharpy patched, i can control only 3 of them. I have followed all the steps in the guide and everything is well patched. Thanks for the help
I say best bet is to try emailing tech support with dongle number and registered name to it. It may take a day for them to get back but I know this question come up a lot in the past few months and with out any real how too from Cast or starting a flame war I say best to just email tech support.
