Hi, I was wondering if you can import items from SketchUp into a file in WYSIWYG. So for example: I have made a nice nightclub in WYSIWYG and I forgot to make a bar. Is it possible to make this bar in SketchUp and load it into the currenct WYSIWYG file?
Yes, wysiwyg has been able to import and merge .SKP files for a very long time now. Please find details & instructions in the wysiwyg Reference Guide.. if you want to bring an object into an existing .WYG file, you want to Merge it (via CAD mode's FILE menu). Beware of the complexity of the objects you are bringing in though... optimize them if necessary: http://forums.cast-soft.com/index.php?threads/geometry-optimization-and-file-efficiency.283/.
