Reading through the Release Notes for R43: please note, that R43 is the last wysiwyg release which will be supported on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. wysiwyg R44 will only be supported on Windows 10 Questions: Does this mean R44 can be installed on Windows 7 & 8.1 but you won't offer any support for problems on those systems? Or will R44 refuse to install on Windows 7 & 8.1? We run 7x Dongles across 12 or so machines, which are a range of Windows 7, 8.1 and 10. I'd like to know if we will be needing to purchase a bunch of Windows 10 licenses in time for R44. While we're here: Are you able to give us some insight into why you're moving on from Windows 7/8.1? Also, how is the data we're providing via CEIP helping with these decisions? e.g seeing more program crashes with older OS, or better performance with newer ones, etc.
Well... That means that it’s not Cast that doesn’t support windows 7 and windows 8.1 anymore, but Microsoft. No more security updates as well I guess.
