After an automatic Windows 10 update, I got the following message:

I tried what's on the sentinel website (automatic delayed start of the service), but that didn't work.
    Any suggestions?

I thought I would had something to this topic in case someone has a similar issue

I recently had a similar issue with my Wyg dongle. I got the message Sentinel LDK Protection System: Sentinel key not found (H0007)
I tried to fix it using the step by stephttp://forums.cast-soft.com/index.php?threads/resolving-r39-startup-errors.743/ , unfortunately it did not work.
I then did a conference call with CAST and GEMALTO. The Gemalto technician ended up being able to fix the problem. He remoted in to my computer and had to install a cleaning tool to get rid of the error. Following the procedure, everything worked well.
Today I got the same error message on another PC that I owned and will probably have to do the same procedure but at least there is a solution which does not imply re-installing Windows completely as some people had to do. Anyway, I hope this helps in case someone has a similar issue. I believe Darren from CAST was part of the conference call so he might be a good resource if you come across something similar.

Thanks CAST and Gemalto for the help! cheers
