Tech Support Form Not Working

    Hello all, I'm noticing that when trying to create a tech support case, the screen reloads just the window to create ANOTHER tech support case. Trying THAT window (which is SUPER not formatted correctly due to being displayed in a full window) refreshes the same page. Is anyone else noticing this?

    Why has this not been addressed? STILL unable to reach tech support.
