can't conect martin M- PC to r32

    hello i try to conect M-PC to r 32 but no luck.
    i try with wyiglizer,i can see the conection on the live mode but nothing happend on screen.
    I use it on the same pc.
    I change the IP.
    I try with loop back.

    Hello Moti,

    Please attempt to connect via the Art-Net driver that comes with WYSIWYG. Everything there is to know about this connection may be found in Appendix D of the WYSIWYG Release 32 Reference Guide. If you have a loopback adapter installed on your computer you may have to uninstall it as it may interfere with the Art-Net stream.

    Hi, I would like to know if you could help me connect wysiwyg and m-pc from 2 different computers. since if I do it from a single computer I can not resist the video card. Thank you

    The process is the same. For R41, the instructions have moved to Appendix B of the Reference Guide; these instructions talk about an sACN connection, so if the m-pc console can output this protocol, use it; if not, the same instructions apply for the Art-Net protocol.     If you are still unable to connect, you may email techsupport(at)cast(hyphen)soft(dot)com regarding this, and include the Serial Code of the dongle you are using, along with the name, email address and company name of the person to whom this dongle is registered. In order for us to provide assistance with this particular issue, your Membership must be up-to-date.
